Timberwolves' Terrence Shannon: Late addition to injury report
Shannon (head) is questionable for Game 6 of the Western Conference Semifinals against the Spurs on Friday.
Shannon is a late addition to the injury report with a head contusion. Mike Conley would appear to be the primary beneficiary from a fantasy perspective if Shannon, who's logged at least 20 minutes in five of Minnesota's last six contests, is unable to play Friday.

Timberwolves' Rudy Gobert: Struggles in Game 5 loss
Gobert logged four points (1-4 FG, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, two steals and one block across 23 minutes during Tuesday's 126-97 loss to San Antonio in Game 5 of the Western Conference Semifinals.
After scoring in double figures in back-to-back games, Gobert struggled offensively Tuesday and played a series-low 23 minutes. The veteran center also failed to make much of an impact on the glass, matching his season low in rebounds across the regular season and playoffs. The Timberwolves will likely need the big man to bounce back in Game 6 on Friday if they hope to keep their season alive.

Timberwolves' Julius Randle: Double-doubles in defeat
Randle accumulated 17 points (6-17 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 5-7 FT), 10 rebounds and one assist across 36 minutes during Tuesday's 126-97 loss to the Spurs in Game 5 of the Western Conference Semifinals.
Randle struggled from three-point range but was still one of four Minnesota players to score at least 16 points. He has shot just 21.1 percent from downtown through five first-round games and has been held to just 12 points in three of them. Still, the veteran forward led the Timberwolves in rebounds Tuesday, securing his second double-double of the postseason.

Timberwolves' Anthony Edwards: Strikes for 20 points in loss
Edwards ended Tuesday's 126-97 loss to the Spurs in Game 5 of the Western Conference Semifinals with 20 points (6-13 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 7-7 FT), two rebounds and two assists across 39 minutes.
Edwards didn't offer much in terms of peripheral numbers but still led the Timberwolves in scoring. He has reached the 20-point threshold in three consecutive contests, posting at least 32 points in the first two games of that stretch. The superstar guard will aim to deliver a more well-rounded performance in Game 6 on Friday as the Timberwolves attempt to stave off elimination at home.

Timberwolves' Ayo Dosunmu: Full stat line in Game 5 loss
Dosunmu supplied 16 points (7-14 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds, four assists, three steals and two blocks across 33 minutes in Tuesday's 126-97 loss to the Spurs in Game 5 of the Western Conference Semifinals.
Dosunmu turned in an efficient performance from inside the arc and finished as Minnesota's fourth-leading scorer while tying the team-high mark in assists. The 26-year-old guard stuffed the stat sheet on the defensive end as well, supplying a game-best three steals and a team-high two blocks. He'll look to continue stuffing the stat sheet in Friday's Game 6 in Minnesota, where the Timberwolves aim to stave off elimination.
